For delivery within India :

All orders are sent by the best available courier services such as DTDC, FedEx, Delivery, etc to make sure that you receive your order safely and securely.

There will be a standard shipping charge of INR 100/- on all orders and the same will be added during checkout.

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date of payment and delivered in 4-10 working days.
(except in a few cases which are beyond our control including travel delays from our courier partners due to bad weather conditions, strikes, etc)


We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from  is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please return the product within 7days from the date on which your order was delivered and courier pickup will be arranged.

We accept returns of the product within 7 days from the date on which your order was delivered.

A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount.

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:

  • The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
  • The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.


The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within working days.

In the case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund.

We do not accept returns or exchange gift certificates, jewellery and bags  once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Refunds Policy

1. In any such unfortunate case, you must notify us immediately by sending the image of the damaged product on WhatsApp ( +91 9890204171) or by email ( within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. In case your return is accepted, We will arrange a pickup from your place.

3. After receiving the returned product, we will approve the return once we check the product.

4. Once the return is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges).

5. We will not be able to process any RETURN or EXCHANGE if we were not notified about in the given time period.
